Why we're building this.
The problem was obvious. The solution didn't exist.
In 2024, the agentic AI wave started building. Frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen were making it easy to build agents that could reason, plan, and act autonomously. But nobody was building the governance layer. Agents were being deployed with the same binary allow/deny permission models that were designed for human users clicking buttons.
That's not governance. That's access control wearing a governance costume.
Agents don't just access systems. They behave. They drift. They change patterns over time. They make sequences of decisions that individually look fine but collectively create risk. And they do all of this at machine speed, which means by the time a human reviews what happened, the consequences have already compounded.
We looked for the governance infrastructure. It wasn't there.
What we found were output guardrails that filter responses after they're generated. Observability platforms that log what happened but can't say no. Policy engines that enforce static rules but can't adapt to behavioral drift. Identity providers that know who an agent is but not how it behaves.
None of them governed behavior. None of them operated at runtime with the authority to stop an action mid-stream. None of them evaluated across multiple risk dimensions simultaneously. None of them tracked how an agent's patterns change over time.
So we built it.

Not access patterns. Not output filters. How an agent behaves over time, across dimensions, relative to its contract. That's what governance evaluates.

If governance can't operate at the speed agents act, it's not governance. It's a post-mortem. 0.62ms average evaluation. Zero dependencies.
Trust is earned, not configured
An agent earns trust through observed behavioral consistency. It loses trust 5x faster than it earns it. The asymmetry is intentional and reflects real-world risk.
Every verdict has a cost
Blocking a safe action has a cost. Allowing a dangerous one has a cost. Decision-theoretic governance optimizes the tradeoff with quantifiable rationale.

Hash-chained audit trails, cryptographic governance seals, and behavioral provenance on every verdict. If you can't prove governance happened, it didn't.
